The 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival organizer announced the present Festival would include 18 official events and a number of related events held by the localities. The 18 official events include:

The Opening Ceremony begins at 20:00, 10 March 2023, at the 10 March Square, Buon Ma Thuot City. The Coffee Expo takes place from 10 to 14 March 2023 at the Provincial Cultural Center, co-organized by the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Coffee Industry Development Seminar begins at 08:00, 12 March 2023, at Muong Thanh Hotel, Buon Ma Thuot City, under the theme of Developing High-Quality Vietnamese Coffee. The International Business Matchmaking Conference, held at 08:00, 11 March 2023, at Muong Thanh Hotel, Buon Ma Thuot City.

March Festival, Buon Don, 2012

The Photography Exhibition under the theme of “Vietnamese Coffee Culture”, and “International Coffee History”, is held at 09:00, 9 March 2023, at the Coffee World Museum. A “Cây Nêu” exhibit and sports, cultural and tourism exchange program will be held for the second time in Dak Lak this year. This event takes place between 11 and 13 March 2023 at the Coffee World Museum. The Street Festival themed “Buon Ma Thuot - where the world's three coffee civilizations converge” will commence at 16:00, 10 March 2023, at the Provincial Cultural Center. This event is organized by Trung Nguyen Group. The Farmer's Competition will be held on 13 March 2023 at the Provincial Cultural Center. The Deli Coffee Preparation Contest will take place from 10 to 13 March 2023 at the Saigon - Ban Me Hotel Lobby, conducted by the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Association.

River Port Votive Offering, Krong Na Commune, Buon Don, 2012

The Festival of Light will be held at 19:00, 10 March 2023, along Buon Ma Thuot City's major streets. The Free-of-Charge Coffee Day will be held throughout the province, aimed at local residents and visitors. The Coffee Plant Handicraft Competition will be held between 9 and 12 March 2023 at the Kotam Community Eco-Tourism and Cultural Center. The Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Video Clip Contest ran between September 2022 and January 2023. The Buon Don Elephant Festival will commence at 08:00, 12 March 2023, and conclude at 10:00 of the same day, at the Buon Don Commune Festival Center. The Lak District Dug-out Canoe Racing Contest will commence at 07:30, 12 March 2023, and conclude at 10:00 on the same day, at Ben Thuyen, Bao Dai Mansion, Lien Son Township, Lak District. Discovery travel tours, from 10 to 14 March 2023, are being prepared by five tourist service companies in the province, slated to run during the Festival. The musical “Aspiration of Dam San” will be performed at 20:00, 11 March 2023, at the 10 March Square, Buon Ma Thuot City.

The final event, the Closing Ceremony of the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023, will take place at 20:00, 14 March 2023, at the 10 March Square, Buon Ma Thuot City. There will, additionally, be a number of cultural, sports and tourism events, to be organized by the following localities on the occasion of the Festival: Buon Đon, Ea Kar, Lak, Krong Nang, Krong Bong, Cu M’gar, and Buon Ho Township.
